Refund & Exchange Policy
At Tee Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy every fragrance you choose from us.
We offer a 15-day return/exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Return / Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Product must be in its original condition.
- Perfume should not be heavily used.
- Bottle must be safe, without damage or leakage.
- Original packaging/box should be available.
Fragrance Preference:
We understand that fragrance is a personal choice and everyone experiences scents differently. If you do not like the fragrance after trying it, we offer exchange options instead of refunds, provided the perfume is returned within the policy conditions.
Used Perfume Policy:
Opened perfumes can only be considered for exchange if they have been used minimally (for testing purposes only). Perfumes that are significantly used cannot be accepted due to hygiene and product quality reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed in cases approved by Tee Scents. Once the returned product is received and checked, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
